At Crooke Dental Clinic Marbella we handle everyday dentistry — check-ups, hygiene, fillings, root canals, orthodontics — with the same judgement and the same technology we apply to the group’s most complex treatments.
The difference shows in the small things: we diagnose with 3D imaging and intraoral scanning from the first visit, so if a case turns out to be complicated we already know what we are dealing with. And if it needs advanced surgery, there is no starting again or looking for another clinic: it is resolved within the same team.

100% digital cosmetic dentistry
We design the smile on photography, video and a scan before touching any tooth, then test it in the mouth with a temporary. What gets approved at that trial is what gets made.
We work with minimal preparation: the less enamel we touch, the better the long-term prognosis. It is the opposite of grinding teeth down to fit a standard set of veneers.

Periodontics and gum health
We carry out full six-point probing per tooth with radiographic control, not a visual assessment. It is the only way to measure whether treatment is working.
Gum health conditions everything else: before planning implants or cosmetic work, the gums have to be stable. Here that is the starting point, not an afterthought.

Metal-free options: monolithic zirconia
For patients with sensitivity or intolerance to metal alloys, we work with implants and prostheses in fully metal-free zirconia.
Beyond the biocompatibility criterion, zirconia avoids the grey margin that metal substructures can show at the gum line.

01 Do you treat patients in English in Marbella?
Yes. Our Marbella team works in Spanish, English and French, both in the surgery and when going through the quote and the informed consent.
02 I am visiting Marbella and something has come up — can you see me?
Yes. We see emergencies and one-off consultations for visiting patients. Call us and we will find you an appointment as soon as possible; if the treatment needs follow-up, we give you the report and radiographs so your usual dentist can continue.
03 What is the difference between your central clinic and the one in Nagüeles?
The central Marbella clinic covers complete dentistry: check-ups, cosmetic work, periodontics, orthodontics and implants. Nagüeles is the group’s surgical centre, specialising in complex cases, severe bone loss and full-arch rehabilitation. Same team, same records: if your case needs it, you are referred without repeating any tests.
04 Do I need an appointment or can I just drop in?
An appointment is better. The first assessment includes an examination, a 3D radiograph where the case calls for it and time to explain the diagnosis — between forty-five minutes and an hour of clinic time. If it is an emergency, call us and we will find a slot the same day.
05 Where can I park near the clinic?
We are in central Marbella, in a controlled parking area. There are several public car parks a few minutes away on foot. If you are coming for surgery under sedation, bear in mind you will not be able to drive afterwards and should come with someone.
